From Charlotte: 

Take Independence Blvd/ US-74 East- towards Monroe.  Turn Left on Technology Dr.  The entrance to Technology Dr. is off the westbound lane of US-74.  You will need to do a U-turn at Faith Church Rd to access the business park.  (The closest U-Turn is directly across from Pebble Creek golf course.  If you come to the Harris Teeter Office, you have gone too far)

Once you are in the business park, continue down and make a right turn on Turring Drive.  Universal Construction is located in the second set of offices on the left hand side.

From Monroe:

Take Independence Blvd/ US-74 West- towards Charlotte.  Turn Right on Technology Dr to enter the business park.  Continue down and make a right turn on Turring Drive.  Universal Construction is located in the second set of offices on the left hand side.

From Pineville: 

Take I-485E/US 521 S towards Matthews.  Take exit 51 and merge onto East Independence Blvd/ US-74E towards Monroe.  Turn Left on Technology Dr.  The entrance to Technology Dr. is off the Westbound lane of US-74.  You will need to do a U-turn at Faith Church Rd to access the business park.  (The closest U-Turn is directly across from Pebble Creek golf course.  If you come to the Harris Teeter Office, you have gone to far)Once you are in the business park, continue down and make a right turn on Turring Drive.  Universal Construction is located in the second set of offices on the left hand side.

From Concord:
